Refund and Exchange Policy
Exchanges:
If you find that a costume doesn't quite fit, we're happy to facilitate an exchange for the same style, provided the costume is unused and still in its original packaging and condition. You have up to 30 days from the delivery date to make an exchange. In cases where the desired size is out of stock, we'll ship the exchanged costume as soon as we receive new inventory. Please note that this does not apply to custom costumes. If you order one of our bases in custom colours it will be final sale.
To initiate an exchange:

Reach out to us via email at icondancewearofficial@gmail.com, specifying the product you wish to exchange along with both the original and desired size.

Send the costume you wish to exchange back to us at the following address.

Once we receive the exchanged costume, we'll conduct an inspection to confirm it meets the criteria of being unused and in its original condition and packaging. Your exchanged costume will be sent out as soon as it is available. Please note that the time taken for your exchanged costumes to reach you may vary depending on your location. While there are no charges or restocking fees for size exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the postage fees to send us their exchanged costumes.
Please note:
Returns and exchanges are not applicable to custom requests or clearance costumes.
Cancellations:
Once an order has entered the production phase, cancellations cannot be accommodated. If you require further assistance regarding cancellations, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us for clarification.
